The process follows a few simple steps:
• Send us your layout, by fax, post or email - or, if it is very straightforward, a phone call should be sufficient.

• Please be sure to include:
    º Details of any sink or hob cut-outs, including type of sink or hob.
      •Don't forget - we can offer competitive prices on super quality sinks and hobs from
        FRANKE and other leading suppliers.
    º Details of any required upgrade work - polished or un-polished cut-outs, drainer grooves,
      break fronts. We can advise you on the technical, aesthetic and cost implications of these
    º Choose your granite type - we can always requote later on, but if you have a colour in mind
      we can base your price on this. Some granite worktop colours may incur additional cost due to
      technical requirements relating to different stone characteristics.
    º Indicate on your diagram any edges where you'd like to have splashbacks.
      These are a great finishing touch to your new granite worktops.
    º Please check that you have given us your contact details.
• We will provide you with a quote by the end of the next working day, following receipt of your diagram.
• When you contact us to place your order, we will arrange for one of our expert fitters or authorised installers to conduct a survey of your kitchen within 7-10 days.
• The template will tell us the dimensions to which we need to prepare the worktops, and at this point we will be able to either confirm the quoted price, or to send you a requote.
• Following the template and any requote, we will arrange for a convenient fitting date. The installer will ask you to confirm that you are satisfied with the installation, and only then will we call you to collect payment of the balance due.

Using our fitting service means that you can be assured of the highest levels of product and service quality for your kitchen.
